Oswald Hussein has become one of the leading
members of that group of Amerindian artist from
whom has sprung a flourishing of the art forms
of painting, designs and particularly sculpture.
He won the Prize for Sculpture at the National
Visual Arts Exhibition in 1989 and 1993, and the
First Prize for Sculpture at the Brewmaster Art
Competition in 1996.
