On March 26-29, the 2014 World Wood Day- International Woodcarving Live Creation hosted by the International Wood Culture Society was held in Lushan, Sichuan Province, the capital of Chinese ebony root carving art. 17 artists from 11 countries including China, Greece, Belgium, South Africa, Zambia and Kenya were invited.
