The international wood carving program provides a platform for artists to showcase their craftsmanship and serves as a nexus for the public to enter a dialogue with the carvers directly. The program has hosted 120+ wood carvers from more than 80 different countries and regions and visitors are expected to see various wood carving styles being presented during the event.
Taking place in Austrian open air museum Stübing, 2019 international wood carving will feature both individual and groups carving, on-site workshops and a final exhibition including artwork presentations, which will be held in Congress Graz.
