Víctor Guadalupe Tineo's father is an Afro-
descendant and his mother is from the Peruvian
Andes. Woodcarving is his family tradition. In his
private workshop he does all kinds of wood work.
He recently completed one of the most important
works in his artistic career: restoring the 4 galleries
(coffered ceiling) of the Catacombs Museum of the
Convent of San Francisco de Lima.
