Lynn Nicholson started carving seriously in 1978
when he took an adult education class. After
attending a couple of woodcarving shows he
joined the Pomona Valley Carvers for their
Tuesday evening sessions, later joining the
California Carvers Guild, the Craft T Carvers RV
chapter, and the Glendora Woodcarvers. For him
woodcarving is as much a social event as well as
learning event.
