Welcome to 2018 World Wood Day

Themed "Life", the 6th annual World Wood Day (WWD) will demonstrate the roles of wood and non-timber forest products in supporting our daily living, realizing our imagination and comforting our hearts. During the event period, a symposium, woodcraft activities, folk art workshops, music festival, design projects, children's event and a tree planting will be held to show diverse ways of living in harmony with nature. Connecting representatives of wood-related professionals from all around the world, 2018 WWD will be a special occasion for all of us to gain insights into wood and non-wood forest products, the keys to achieving a better and greener future.
World Wood Day Foundation (WWDF) and International Wood Culture Society (IWCS) also welcome any parties to celebrate World Wood Day in your own ways on March 21st, 2018. You can also propose a regional project here to spread the word. Wood is good!
