
Mr. Mustafa ALARAB has introduced Arabic calligraphy to the visitors at 2019 World Wood Day. He presented some of his beautiful works and talked about how he interpreted the theme Change with the work he designed for this event. When Mr. Alarab demonstrated the Arabic calligraphy writing to the public, the visitors of all ages were all intrigued by the writing, the tools being used, and the beauty of calligraphy.

World Wood Day is a cultural event celebrated annually during the week of March 21st to highlight wood as an eco-friendly and renewable biomaterial and to raise awareness on the key role wood plays in a sustainable world. Starting from 2013, WWD celebrations were held in Tanzania, China, Turkey, Nepal, and United States respectively, involving participants from over 100 countries and regions.
