It took 9 days, 531 timber pieces, 422 joints, and 7 tons of reclaimed Sal Wood (local hardwood) to construct a wooden structure, the duplicate of the Chungu Narayan Shiva Temple (one of the oldest temples in Nepal) during the World Wood Day 2016 celebration in Nepal. The project vividly presents the unique traditional system of the Nepali wooden construction.
