What happens when 15 artists and 4 apprentices gather for two weeks?
Collaborative Project this year was hosted in the beautiful Mt. Fuji Wood Culture Society. Lead by Cillian Ó Súilleabháinand Jacques Vesery, team members from 13 countries had to build something together from scratch within 14 days. Inspired by the local wood culture and craftsmanship, they worked side-by-side, shared skills and ideas, had lots of discussions and fun. The final creation is never about perfection, but a reflection and symbol of their gathering.
