Children's Event
Children are our hopes. They rely on a sustainable way to live in the future. Getting to know more about wood and human is as necessary as having fun in learning. By having a fun educational lesson on wood knowledge and feeling the sensation by playing wooden toys, we are hoping to put down roots in inspiring and encouraging children to take a step further in which children can do their share to look after woods. Also, children are known to have freedom to express their feelings and thoughts through drawing, so surely drawing contest is a must to let out their creativity!
A visit to İÇEM (Education and Research Centre for Hearing-Impaired Children) at Anadolu University was also arranged. Folk artists, musicians and Professor Yang Ping were invited to give short classes to them.
